Boho Desert Wedding Inspiration

I was so thrilled when Rachelle from Rachelle Lynn Co. Photography reached out, asking me if I would like to get involved in a Boho Desert elopement shoot. With an ethereal, boho vibe touted for the styling, I was hard pushed to say anything other than heck yes! I love the whole vibe of Boho weddings; the wild and wonderful textures, backdrops and colors and shadows, and the romanticism of desert weddings. Love that our couple let loose and really embraced this styled shoot and really got playful and inspiring. Rachelle took it to the next level with shooting the stationery within actual sand. Brilliant!

The shoot was small and intimate, focusing on the gorgeous sand dunes of Little State Park OK . The main focal point was a stunning tablescape and rentals, curated by The Party Queens - from the table to the sun-bleached terracotta arch backdrop. The INSANE bouquet of my dreams was created by none other than Poppy Lane Design and it was the prettiest color scheme I have seen in a while.
For the stationery, we wanted to reflect the arches of the sand dunes and so most of the cards were either arch or folded arch shapes and sizes, with a sweet half circle for the place cards + a lengthy tassle to complete the look. We wanted to keep the tones natural and desert like to reflect the iconography of the surrounding landscape.
